Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered.

Gerard Chiropractic is happy to accept:

Auto Accident / Personal Injury: We also accept those cases that result in back pain, headaches, or other symptoms which can be addressed with chiropractic care.

Workers Compensation: We are In-Network providers with the California Bureau of Workers Compensation for treating work injuries. We will work and communicate with your employer, and attorney. Please bring your claim number with you to your appointment.
